Perhaps you ordered directly from the company and do not have a Health Advisor. When you register or place your first order you are given a customer ID number and if you have a health advisor, you are given your health advisor's ID number.

Some people place their order directly with the company and do not receive the benefits of having a personal coach and someone with whom to converse, to get support and nutritional education tht Terry, Unca nad I endeavor to provide for our customers.

If you do not have a Health Advisor, we would love to have you assigned to us!
