Oh my goodness!!! I last saw you at the TSFL conference in July. I would not have recognized you if I saw you on street. You look FANTASTIC!!!! When I met you last summer I thought to myself "He is going to make goal"! You are almost there. What a wonderful thing you have done for yourself.

YOU ARE AN ENCOURAGEMENT TO ME AND EVERYONE ON THIS FORUM. THANKS SO MUCH FOR STICKING TO THE MEDIFAST PROGRAM.

All I can say is "wow"! You look fit, healthy and happy - a great transformation. I remember seeing you and your wife on the boards when you were starting out. . . your steady progress has been a great inspiration.
