Just get back on that horse and thank God that you have the willingness to begin again. So many do not. I did Medifast for 2-3 weeks one time and kept messing up and instead of continuing let that 100 dollars or so worth of food just sit there over a year. Just keep on doing the deal. Many of us have made mistakes and were able to be successful in the short and long term. Just drink lots of water and start again. Remember how bad those three days are and that if you don't want to you NEVER have to do it again!

Hello and welcome!! Biki is right.....just begin again and learn from your recent off program eating. Hopefully you'll remember how upset you felt and won't go that way again.

Don't beat yourself up. So you had a bump in the road. It is good to recognize your food triggers. I am also an emotional eater. Be prepared with a plan as to how you want to react next time it happens. I throw on my walking shoes and walk till I feel better. Then I feel good about not giving in too my old food crutch. Find something that will work for you.

Just get back on plan.

Good luck!
