Hi everyone. I have been on the diet for five days and have lost 8 pounds already. Am so excited and think I will have no problem staying on the plan. Have tried many other diets in the past and this one is the best. I have a total of 110 pounds to lose. I weighed in first day at 245.5 and went down so far to 237.5. Loving this website.

I've lost 11lbs in 11 days so I'm doing great as well just hope I don't hit a plateau next week although it's highly likely!
