I started the medifast program 8/24/05 and I have gotten rid of 11 pounds so far. I like to use the term " gotten rid" instead of "lost" because when you lose something, you are always trying to find it... Jan, My health advisor has been great :D and assures me that the weight will continue to come off. I am very excited about this program and the results I have seen and my family has seen in the pass couple of days. I just want to thank KimAlexRN for introducing me to Jan and the product.

I am soooo happy to see you on the forum :D The amembers here will give you great support and cheer for you as you part with the pounds!! It is a great place to just chat about how you are doing. I must say you are doing GREAT Keep up the good work!!

I love your philosophy regarding "lost" weight; very true! We want those pounds forever gone!
