Hi. This is my first post. I started Medifast on 3/10/05. I have lost 7 lbs and have 140 to go. :cry: I was in a bad car accident in November and have put on a lot more weight (I was already heavy). I have received alot of useful information from everyones messages. I was wondering about the oatmeal cookies that everyone is talking about. How do you make them? Where do you guys get your recipes?

Congrats on your success already and I am so glad you found us!!

The Oatmeal Cookies Recipe is under the Lean Cuisine Section of the Forum...if you scroll doen about ten posts from the to there is one called "Oatmeal Cookies" by Nancy... Also, there are tons of other recipes to jazz up other Medimeals!! :chef:

Check them out, follow the plan as closely as possible, get in that 100 oz of water every day and you will be back to your perky self before you know it! This plan works and FAST!! You will be amazed at how it will make you FEEL & LOOK! :shades:

Angelia...I love your name...& want2bthin...(don't we all...that's why were here) love that name to......If you want 2 b thin...you will be....just follow this to a tea and plug into the forum as you will recieve so much support & encouragement.....You may have gained some extra weight but that will come off plus more...and what you will gain from this Medifast journey is priceless...looking forward to sharing your successes with you... :D ...YOU CAN DO IT.. :yes:
