Sorry for not writting before, but as I am a bus driver it's not easy to read and write in forums while I'm working
I haven't received my Medifast package yet, but I'm very exited to start. As Hyperion said, I'm very well prepared and be sure I won't eat fast food while on Medifast

Welcome Eric! I actually went back and read Hyperion's posts after I saw his before and after pics because they were so inspirational. He looks awesome and he's French Canadian too! (I'm partial to that since my mother's side is French Canadian and my father's side is French.) You'll do great. Especially with Hyperion as a support person. All the best to you.

According to UPS tracking site, my medifast package is now in transit for delivery, so I should get it tomorrow... I'm very impatient to start! I know that when I'll lack motivation, a visit here, with all the sucess story I read, will help me to continue

YAY !! I am excited for you to get your package(s). I remember when mine were first arriving and I was *SO* excited for it to start . I actually still get excited after each order... hee hee (maybe I just love getting packages, but, I really love a fresh order of MF yummies
