:whattha: Whoopsy! Boy, I am  embarrassed…

I was :shades: lookin' at the middle number ^ up there in between the brackets of your beginning weight and goal weight ...

I guess I musta entered the Dorkzone and thunk it meant you were currently at 190...sheesh!

I'm losin' it, Folks... :hammerhead:

A little while ago I was getting cute ~

Folks, when ya work from home, you can :snooze: sleep late if you stayed up until 3:15 AM  the night before reading and :puter: writing email responses...and then you get to work in your leopard jammie pants and camisole and no one knows it...hee hee, anyhoo....

I was getting all spic and span, had my face painted on, grabbed my SoniCare and the fang paste.

:secret: I keep all my beauty products in a large basket so they are all together in one place.

My hair goop is in a green tube and the fang paste I use is in a green squeezie container, too.

I was trying to hurry as we are about to have some company and

I inadvertently grabbed and squeezed the hair goopage and put a line on the old fangbrush...

ka-pooey!

It does :x NOT taste good at all.

My front fangs are nice and stiff though....

Oh my goodness!

I never expected such a wonderful welcome! Thank you all. That is so encouraging to me and I truly appreciate all the wonderful advice. For those that are starting on the same day or around the same time, that is so awesome! Let's try to watch out for each other. I am going to write down your names from this post, and try to keep track of how you are doing. We should buddy up.

I definitely need all the support I can get. I am on day 3, and it has been difficult at times. I have felt hungry, and have done the dill pickles to help. I need to use the broth for those in between times too until I get adjusted.

I will post on the other board (I think it is weight loss) as to how it has been.

Thanks again for all the much appreciated support and advice.

editing to add:

Nancy, I forgot to tell you that I read somewhere lately that people are using SOAP to brush their teeth. It is supposed to whiten them. So, maybe you are onto something there! LOL

Lulie ~

Hah!

people are using SOAP to brush their teeth

  That's a riot - purposely using soap to brush their fangs?

When I was young my Momma used soap in my mouth but it wasn't to brighten my toofers!

Sorry that this day has been rough - my 4th day was  killer. I will NEVER forget it!

Here's what ya do during the first few days: :eat: eat every 2.5 hours.

If you can't :felix: wait that long,

eat every 2.0 hours.

Drink plenty of :water: water.

Use some bouillon.

Have as many :beerbeer: shakes as you can - make them in the blender with 8-9 ounces of cold water and crushed ice so they are puffy and fluffy and fill ya up. Try to have at least 3 shakes.

It gets better in a day or two and by the time it's week four, the cravings are history! :drive:

Wahoolie for Lulie! :whoohoo:
