Hi all - Has anyone read the new M/F book? It is on the TSFL. (the $19.95 one). It sounded good so I ordered it...Like everything else with M/F a treat for myself....

A very good book to have for all of your MF questions, and a great motivational tool! I let a friend borrow it when she was thinking about getting started, and I haven't gotten it back yet!

Di has read it, I haven't. Success in a Shaker Jar is the one I read through, which is fantastic.
