I to have had many failed attempts...
but I decided that the reason nothing worked for me before was because I had too many choices.
I know that I need to "learn" how to eat... (wow that's an oximoron if ever I heard one... How did I get this fluffy without knowing how to eat????)...but I have to get the weight off first. YOU JUST HAVE TO DO IT. There is a lady here on the board that bags up her food for the day. She knows that is it and that is all. There is so much variety in this program, and with the help of the stuff in the Lean Cuisine section of the board you can stay way legel.
Just make sure to get ALL your shakes in ...every 2 to 3 hours...even if you are NOT hungry..... and drink that good ol water~~! Come to the boards often...it really does help. Nancy, our health advisor, is a big skinny loser herself so she knows of which she speaks. the people on the board have had the same struggles.... we are all in this together!!
