One of my main motivating factors of deciding to start MediFast was the fact I needed to buy a new pair of jeans. My size 18 jeans were wearing out and way too tight. I kept putting off buying new ones because I was in denial that I was going to have to go up to a size 20 to get some that would fit and be comfortable.

Along came MediFast....those size 18 jeans have been baggy and hanging on me for weeks. With a vacation next week to Disneyland and Southern California, I ventured to the store for some new jeans. I am happy to announce I am now the pround owner of a pair of size 14 jeans that are comfortable and not tight on me at all!!!

It's going to be a great vacation!! I'm not going to get too attached to these size 14's though, because even smaller sizes are just around the corner!!! I love this program!!!

I cannot wait until I get to discover that feeling!!!! I have a bunch of old *new* clothes that I used to wear during my skinny stage that I love, and I have them all over my room to motivate me..but I am still looking forward to a shopping trip for a much smaller me! :lol:

I bet you are beside yourself with pride. I can't wait for that to happen. My jeans are getting baggy and I can't wait to get down to a size 18. I have jeans in about every size. :lol:

How thrilling!!!! So were you expecting to get size 16 jeans but found out you could easily wear 14's???? You should be dancing through disneyland!!

Isn't that an amazing feeling?? I had to buy some clothes because nothing I owned fit me. It's unbelievable that I'm shrinking... I've struggled for so many years and been to countless Dr.'s and I've never had success like this... Usually it was 10-15lbs and then I'd stall for what seemed like forever and I'd give up...not anymore. This plan is amazing.
