Hi Rayray, so glad you joined MF and the forum. Although I really never had any cravings, except once when I saw a pizza commercial on TV, I am now so pleased that I am able to drive past the fast food outlets, and sincerely say to myself that these are not for me anymore, and never will be. There was a time when the drive-ins, almost became a daily mainstay. The longer you are on the program, the less frequently you should have cravings. Best wishes for lots of success, here, with this wonderful bunch!
