Welcome to the forum from one Mama Bear to another. I've often said when someone goes after my cubs -- even though they're grown now -- 26 and 30 Mama Bear comes roaring out of the woods .... and I do.
You'll do great on program. It just takes consistency and compliance. But you can do it and soon you'll be a "shrinking lady"
