Don't get discouraged by fluctuations on the scale that are daily and even weekly. If you're following MF, then it is working. Many things effect our losses/gains, like water retention, sleep, time of month... among a trillion other reasons. Stick to the plan and the plan will work for you.
I get on the scale everyday and write down my weekly weight losses, but I only take the monthly losses into consideration since I know there's other factors involved. I just like to track my losses and truthfully, I just can't stay off the scale.
Good luck to you Jomom, 7 pound loss is great in the first week.
