Well I just moved flew back for a wedding and was talking to one of the other groomsmen and he told me that he lost 35lbs in a month using medifast so when I got back I looked it up and have read lots of this board.
I read through the medifast website but was wondering if the course was just a choice of either; 6 shackes a day or 5 shakes and the 1 lean. Is that right?
Is it hard to go to just the 6 shakes a day?
