At the end of week one-I'm happy to report I am down 10.6 pounds! Unfortunately, I had a bad case of the flu yesterday that "encouraged" some additional weight loss. I'll take what I can get, though. My goal was to lose 7 pounds. So, I'm glad I made that. Today, I will begin eating again. I hope it goes ok!

The plan isn't difficult. I'm amazed everyday by that!

Well, once I ended up re-hydrating my body, I went back up a little bit. But as of today, I am down 10.3 pounds total, again. I hope to make more progress by my 2 week date-which is the 25th. We'll see how that goes.

I bought a magic bullet and I hope that turns out to be a useful investment-thank goodness for Costco!

I ordered the handy dandy little battery operated hand mixer and can't wait for it to get here. In addition, I ordered 4 jars of PB2 and am anxiously awaiting it's arrival! I am trying to make my way through the board as I can. Not sure if I am being redundant or not... But this site has been hugely helpful to me!
