Those tickers ARE fun, uh? I just got mine a couple of days ago, but I've already changed it about 3 times. I kept picking out ones that I saw other gals had, and I didn't want them to think I was a copycat!!
But, I think the real reason was because I just liked playing with it. I guess everytime I have a loss and I have to update it, then I'll make a new one.
Oh yeah, I was going to tell you that I take medication for my thyroid also....don't worry - the weight will come off. I had about a whole week when I wasn't seeing ANY change in the #'s, then all of a sudden - WHAM BAM, it started falling off again. When do you take your pill? I used to take mine at night before I went to bed, but now I take it in the morning when I first get up - and then wait about an hour before I have my first shake. I read somewhere that the soy in the shakes might prevent the synthroid from breaking down right or something...??
Anyway, don't know if that really helped or not...but it might be worth a try.
Take it easy & don't get discouraged...just keep on track & it'll pay off!!
