New me for the new year

Postby Donna501 » January 24th, 2004, 1:21 pm

Today is 01/24/04. I did something today that I have never done. I walked a 5k race. I even ran the last half mile of it. And I did not pass out. Didnt even need medical attention afterwards. Ha ha. My time was about 50mins to do it. Maybe this will get my body back into loosing fat again. I kinda have been stuck at this 45lb mark. If it does nothing for my weight loss, it sure did make me feel damn good to be able to do it.!!!!

That's absolutely sounds like a lot of fun. I can't wait until my weight is low enough that my back can handle the long walks.

Here's hopin for to break that plateu. :-P
