I have been on MF now for a true 17 weeks and I have lost 68.1# over that time. I reached a goal that I thought was very distant in the beginning, I am now under 200#. I can't even remember when I was last under 200#, it has not been in the last 20 years,,,and I am only 38.
It has not been without setbacks, albeit they were all my own doing. I have strayed from MF for a few days for work or pleasure (mini-goals) and they have only added to the time it took to lose the weight. I know that I would have been here 3 weeks sooner had I not strayed from MF.
I had originally set out to reach 225# and that was easily accomplished and then set my sights on 200# and that took a little more time as I had work scenarios to deal with, a new job and the aftermath of Hurricane Rita. I am setting my sights now on 185# and see how that weight suits me.
This is a very easy program but it takes willpower and determination to stay on track. The most important thing is to not be normal. Many have read my older posts regarding these topics. I had a deal last night of "You are not eating normal, you have to eat normal," Well,,This is normal for people that want to lose weight in my opinion. Granted, I have not been one to really care what others think about what I do or say so this does not bother me at all, in any way.
One other thing on the "normal" issue, I have so many folks that take issue with the fact I purchase my supplies on web,,I have been using supplements for Oatmeal and Bars purchased at Walmart for the last 4 weeks and doing great. Thanks Asicles!
Thanks for the support here and the feedback I have received when in need. This is an easy plan, very easy IMO. You need to get a few folks on the program that are not afraid to share information and get after it and get the weight off.
