Hi,

I'm starting my fomplete fasting today. I feel great eventhough i missed my bread. This is my diet schedule

9 am - Medifast oatmeal

12noon - Medifast shake

3 - Medifast soup

6 - Medifast shake

9 -Medifast soup

is it fine and if i'm getting hungry , i can have 1 more shake

snacks : rising coffee and 4pm tea

between i will have crystal lite.

And I will workout everyday 4miles for 5 days , can i continue that or can i do 2 miles.

I'm starting today and continue until june 28th because i'm going out of the country for 2 months and there i will try to limit the carbs and increase the protein. After returning i'm starting 5-1 program from september.

Please wish me luck.

Support me atleast i want to lose 5lbs before june 28th because i'm going to attend my dad's 70th birthday.

I'm 5'6 and 158lbs.

Thank u

Hi Rad:

I'd take it easy with the exercise for the first two or three weeks, until your body adjusts to the lower calories. No need to push so hard!

Rad -

Two things -

1. you need to have AT LEAST 3 of the Medifast shakes a day.
2. Medifast suggests not exercising for the first 3-4 weeks you're on the diet. This is a HUGE adjustment for your body to make. If not that then drastically cut back the exercise.

You can find the official version of this advice in the FAQ section -
