Well, I ordered my products back in July. Always thinking there's tomorrow to start. Well, today I went to the dr and I am now 242. Ouch. I lost both my parents in July and I feel I have hit rock bottom. Can someone be my friend and help me stay on task? I would like to be 150-160 by July- one year anniversary and 20th high school reunion. Would someone be so kind to help me through this?

make sure you drink plenty of water!!!! and the pounds will melt off!!

Welcome to the forum. We are all here for one another and will be here for you too. I like the tastes of most of the foods on the program but if you need some help doctoring up some of the products just cruise over to the lean and cuisine section on the forum and there are lots of ideas.

I lost my Daddy almost 3 years ago :cry:

it's still hard but, better. As a matter of fact, one of my girls & I were looking at old pics & we both started crying just looking at him. Especially, when we saw the picture of him looking at my mom with all that love in his eyes & her holding his hand :heart:

So, you see, you have people here who understand the loss of a loved one (although I'm sure they are in a better place :angel:
