I just had my first shake and it is not great, although not horrible either. I am starting today and my goal is to lose 20 lbs. I have tried Atkins and many other ways to lose the weight but.... . A couple of years ago , I went from 150 to 120 but now am 135 and I am short too!!! I hope this works and it stays off!!! After reading all of the posts, I am motivated! thanks
