I agree, Christina, it is an absolutely wonderful feeling. I feel years younger!

Just curious, but how long does it take for the energy to kick in?

I am looking forward to it as well.

TIA

Lulie- I have only been on Medifast for one week. I imagine it's different for everyone, but it kicked in really quick for me!

Hi

Hi Christina,

I kicked into Medi-turbo after just over a week as well. I couldn't explain it to anyone, I just felt...GREAT! Not only more energy, just this wonderful "I'm doing the right thing" feeling. My body really RESPONDED to what I was doing...

Isn't it great?

DeDe
