never go away

Postby big ron » October 14th, 2006, 5:48 pm

I havent posted in a long time. I let the stresses and life issues stop me again. We do that dont we. Well I have ballooned back up and havent been on a scale for a long time. Looking on the website so many new folks which is great. This week was sad for me and I had to put my dog down she was sick and suffering. She was with us for 13 1/2 years. Well I decided I am going to get back on again and start over. I will be checking in in the morning and weighing in. Thats scary but I have to face it. Never give up!!! I am sure I will not be in any club but I will change that. This forum is a very powerful tool. We need each other. Missed you all. Ron

Good to see you Ron,

You had us all wondering.... :?

Probably the worse thing about this forum, is seeing people disappear... :(
Generally not a good thing.

Ron,

Welcome back to the forum! Sorry for your loss, I know how close we can become with our pets. I have 2 cocker spaniels that are hanging out with me right now.

I look forward to your updates! You will do great and you will get to your goal soon enough!

Welcome back, Ron, and I'm so sorry about your beloved dog. I'm sure he had a wonderful life with you.

As for the weight, the important thing is you're back.

Just noticed you are in San Antonio (my home town). If you care to we will have to catch a lean & green together sometime when I am in those parts! Again good luck with your program, you will do great!
