Quick question: nestle has a hot chocolate on the market

This is basically empty calories, and sugar calories at that. No its not alot of calories, but its 4 sugars with no protein. I would stay away and just do the cocoa supplement

I so did not want to hear that. But i don't want to chance anything.

The Medifast cocoa's not bad, though. It's not made with soy, so you don't get the soy taste (it's a little whey tasting, though). It's especially good with a little DaVinci sugar-free syrup in it (hazelnut or marshmallow, my favorites) or prepared cold like a shake with ice and water in a blender.

Okay. I have made my decision and i will pass on the nestle. Thank you guys. I guess i will invest in a box of hot chocolate this week. Thank you guys. And to think, i almost choked down a cup of the stuff.
