Welll, I wasn't much help at all my friend and I am sorry but you made an excellent choice!

Hubby had an extra day off this week and I have been just a little "busy" Also, crunching numbers cause hubby(who is diabetic) is starting medifast TODAY.

I honestly feel you made the right decision, I know how much you wanted to start medifast last week and putting it off for another week would be tough. Besides there will be many mother's days to come (Lord willing) and you will be a healthier and happier mama. I am stoked for you Elke!! I know your gonna have excellent results because I know how determined you can be(most of yall don't know this but on 05/23/06 Ms Elke will have TWENTY-THREE MONTHS SMOKE-FREE!!!)

Good luck Elke! I've only been on Medifast for a week, but I'll tell you I think it was the best decision I've made. I'm not having sugar highs and crashes like I used to and having to get a coffee at 2pm just to stay awake through the rest of work. I've lost weight and inches already, and I can see a difference in my neck and chin. For the first time ever I feel like I'll actually succeed at my weight loss. I hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day and that you enjoy Medifast as much as I am!

Oops sorry about that Elke, I actually have the 24th down in my quitkeeper but lack of coffee and lack of sleep led me to slide 23 in as the date instead of just the number of months quit.
