You know I was thinking about how I would have reacted to all this if it had happened 7 months ago, before Medifast. I probably would have gone to the local Safeway, bought myself a double fudge cake and eaten myself into a chocoholic stupor...either that or a diabetic coma.

Instead, quite the opposite happened. I didn't want to eat, and in fact had to force myself to have my lean and green yesterday. What a difference this program has made in my life.

Carmel, I just found this thread and wanted to say how happy I am that you found your kitty! I was almost in tears before I got to the post saying you had found Mandy-kitty! I have a kitty too...KiKi-kitty. She is my constant companion and I don't know what I'd do without her. I was sure feeling your pain!!

Thank goodness everything turned out ok! Mandy is home safe and sound and you triumphed over the lure of the double fudge cake!! I'm so happy for you!!

I don't know how I missed Mandy's return earlier. I just came to ask for an update and saw the good news. I'm so happy for you - and for her!!

And great for you that you didn't turn to food when you were upset. I know what a HUGE accomplishment that is for some of us.
