Need help with schedule

Okay as I start again in a few weeks one thing has changed . I now work PT 3rd shift. I am confused at what I should do on work days for meals. The job is physical, any help would be great.

M-W off, I eat/shake 6-9-noon is lean/green-3-6-9

THurs, Fri, Sat and Sunday I go in at 8 pm, work physically til 11, we sit 1 hour awaiting the next production (newspaper) then work until 3 or 4 am.

I have thought about a lean and green at 11 pm, but I don't want my body too confused. Any ideas.

However convoluted or intermittent your schedule is, just eat every 3 hours of your waking day.

It may be best to eat the L/G just before your most physical part of the day. If that's not possible, just fit it in whenever it's handiest.

I'm a veterinarian and work some crazy-long emergency shifts and then have long periods of off time. I here ya on the inconsistent schedule. Like Unca says I just eat about every 3 hours I'm awake. After really long shifts I may sleep 12 hours but I don't worry about my MF I just eat right when I get up. Then back on the every 3 hours.

Remember MF doesn't happen in a vacuum. You have to MAKE it fit your life. The best thing about MF is that it can.

I too have a crazy schedule - and stick to the eating every three hour rule!

I completely agree with this suggestion.
I work 3rd shift & my schedule can get very crazy.
