Hi Gang!
I NEED to order a large supply of MF soon, like today. I can't seem to get a reply from the website or instructions from anyone (I know Nancy is out of town). Can someone fill me in on exactly what I need to do to get this moving? I'm not sure what else to try to get a response. Thanks!

Weird - I can reach both the TSFL and the Medifast sites, at 8 AM EST Monday.

You can always try the old-fashioned phoning in an order too

TSFL is 1-800-572-4417, and Medifast is 1-800-638-7867.

If you don't have a health advisor yet, you can always give our 800 number a call. Do remember we're on west coast time out here.

Thanks! I did select a Tim Davis, but then when I registered to order from Nancy, she showed up as my heath advisore which is fine with me!

I'll give a call to the 800 number as soon as I get a little break today.

ahhhhh....i forwarded your request for Tim onto him this morning, but I think he's wrapped up in some very heavy studies right now.

That's probably why you didn't get a reply yet....

Martin's on the phone while Nancy is away. He's very knowledgable (lost something like 80 lbs and dramatically improved some health issues he had) and I'm sure he'll take good care of you, if you call the 800 number.

Glad you're getting set up...

Just adding my two sense.

I called twice this weekend for questions I had and spoke with Martin both times.

He was soooooooo helpful and patient and informative. (THANKS MARTIN!)

Anyhow, I would say don't hesitate to call, you'll be happy you did.
