Need Help in Choosing New Scale

Postby lgs2621 » January 9th, 2007, 9:28 am

Hello, All,

I would like advice on what type of scale is the best. I prefer a digital and would like one that weighs to the .2 of the pound but one that did .5 would be okay. And, of course, it's important that it weighs consistenly. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Linda

I use this one from WW. It displays weight in 0.1 lb increments. I have tried to weigh myself 5 times in a row on different parts of the floor and it is consistent, unlike my Thinner brand scale.

I also have the W.W. scale. It is within .5 of my doctors scale.

Thanks. I am at about the same point in my weight loss as both of you. I will get a WW scale and we'll hang in there!

I have a Tanita scale plus body fat monitor & I love it. I got it from Bed Bath & Beyond for a very reasonable price (under $50) and I was also able to use a 20% off coupon.

You can program in your age and set it to weigh two different people. When you step on it gives you your weight first & then it beeps two times and gives you your body fat percentage.

I go to the doctor on Monday and have already planned to wear light pants, a tank top under my sweater and shoes I can slip off like my sweater so I get a good weigh!
