im guessing you do the 4 shakes and 1 bar because they are easy on the go. i know the one thing that seems to give me more energy is the oatmeal first thing in the morning.
it took me about 2 weeks to get the full energy boost from medifast. i felt tired alot and draggy but my body finally adjusted. maybe you are the same. ive read on here that some folks have an additional shake or change to the 70 shakes, as they have more protein.
anyway...i hope this helps a bit! if i were you i would also call/email your health advisor for more "official" advice
