Do I need to doctor anything up?

Postby kmr » October 3rd, 2006, 10:03 am

I'm going to try the chocolate pudding, hot chocolate, & hot chai tea ( not all at once. hee hee  ) For those of you that have tried them already, I was wondering if any of them need something added to them to make them taste better or do they taste fine the way they are. I figured I'd ask before actually making one of them for my next meal. Thanks for any suggestions. :D

I personally love the Chcocolate pudding and hot chocolate as is. (although I normally make the hot chocolate frozen and sometimes add some Cinnamon). The Pudding is great shaken for 30-45 seconds with 4 oz of water. As for the Chai, I will turn it over to someone else as I personally don't care for it. I know others who love it though.

I like the pudding made with raspberry Crystal Light instead of water, personally. Covers up the soy taste. But plenty of people like it made as directed.

As for the cocoa, I think it's fine as is. But I also like it either mixed up with ice and water like a shake, or hot with a little cinnamon or some DaVinci syrup in either toasted hazelnut or toasted marshmallow.

I just tried the chocolate pudding. Between the creaminess and the taste, all I could think of was, "this will be perfect during PMS time!" The creaminess satisfies my "comfort" food craving and the sweetness satisfies my chocolate /sweet cravings I get. I figure between the ranch soy crisps and the chocolate pudding, I'm armed and ready to get through my sweet/salty cravings on my first PMS week on M.F.! :shoot: I do get severe PMS :tears: and then after that one week, I'm back to my normal self. Hormones are so powerful! Thanks for all the tips. :D

I make my chocolate pudding in a blender with about 8 oz cold water. It makes the thickest, creamiest shake!!
