Hi Kelyn,

I'm a newbie to the forum, but I must say.... If you have the discipline to jog 2-4 miles a day...then transfer that skill to staying on MF. I admire your stick-to-it-ness with the jogging and can only imagine what will happen for you when you apply that skill to MF.

Keep Joggin and Keep Shakin

Thanks to all of you for your responses. It means so much to me that so many of you care enough to take time out of your lives to try to help and support me in something that means so much to me, and that I dream of accomplishing. All your thoughtfulness makes such a big difference in my life. Most of you will never realize just how much...

Sincerely,
Kelyn

P.S. I'm so happy today.

Kelyn,

Congratulations to you and your sons for graduating! Hey, Girl! Soon YOU will be graduating to smaller clothing!

I like the way you restated your goal.

You will soon be under 200 and what a DAY that will be!

Kiss those 200's good-bye forever!

:boing: You can do the Happy Dance in your underdoodies! It could happen by Sunday IF ya stick to it! Come on, you CAN do it!
