Thank you! I ordered some pumpkin spice and extract today in hopes that it would jazz up the banana pudding and the vanilla shake (RTDs).

I don't care for the banana pudding either. As a last resort, I've mixed 2 packets of pudding with 2 packets of oatmeal, along with some splenda, salt and baking powder and turned them into 4 'cookies'. It sorta vaguely tastes like banana bread. If you haven't had banana bread in about 10 years. It does make it a little bit more palatable for me, though.

I like it plain, but my hubby swears it rocks by spicin' it up with cinnamon!
