Hey, Vicky!

Yes, she is back. We had a great time at the chat last night. We talked alot about sticking to the program and how when we have alot of weight to lose, it's easier to just stay on plan and not waiver than to experiment with adding foods that aren't on plan. We also talked about the new snacks. Some of us are a little scared to try them because they were problems for us before Medifast. We talked about the calories in the snacks, etc. Very informative and very fun.

BTW, we got to see Gina drinking her H2O (at least that's what we were led to believe it was, hehe) out of a Steeler mug.

Anyway, I think you will be seeing Nancy soon on the forum and hopefully, she'll know just what to say to get us all in line, lol.

Oh, and this is especially good.......there was talk about chats set at different times so that more can enjoy them.
