I'm a little confused on the full fast plan. The quick start book says 5-6 shakes a day and somewhere in the forum I read 5-7 per day. What is the deciding factor? Do I need to have at least 5 shakes and 1 or 2 more if I'm feeling hungry?
Starting tomorrow and I'm very excited.
