Thanks for posting your before and after pictures. You look absolutely wonderful. You're so pretty! I read the January newsletter this morning and it was very inspiring and informative. I think it was your best one yet. I give you alot of credit for hanging in there for 7 mos. and accomplishing your goal. I had a question. How did you deal with any unexpected major upsets in your life while on Medifast? I've been on Medifast for 11 days. Doing very well except for one slip up last week. I won't go into major detail, but yesterday I was informed that a very good person I have know for a very long time, 42 yrs. old, 3 young kids and a husband, had past away. I was shocked and upset. Especially thinking about the children not having a mother any more. I immediately turned to food for comfort like I have in the past. I'm back on plan this morning, but I don't want to keep having relapses just when I'm starting to see results, every time something upseting happens. Any advice? HELP! Kelyn
