Thanks, People!
I finished it.
It was really interesting because I could hear the interview going on in the studio. The host began the show talking about the problem of obesity in America and asked Dr. Joe DiBartolomeo, Medifast’s VP of Clinical Affairs to explain how difficult it is to eat healthy in today’s society. Nurse Lori Andersen then spoke about how effective Medifast meal replacements are for weight loss. She spoke about how easy they are to prepare, about the variety of foods to choose from and the effectiveness of the program.
When it was my turn, host Alan Walden asked me to tell about my experience with Medifast.
I said that I had been overweight my entire life, failed at numerous diets and programs and once I started using Medifast, hunger and cravings went away, making it easy to stick to the program; I lost weight and my health and hope were restored. No longer doomed to be chubby, here I am four years later, enjoying a healthy life.
The taping will be processed and aired sometime in January.
In two minutes, how do you effectively tell how your health has turned around and your life will never be the same?
I hope that others can catch the vision that there IS hope for them, too. We are not doomed to being Chubbettes for the rest of our days.
P.S. DeDe, you are a dear precious person and I am so thankful my little writings have been of help to you. Making changes to one’s lifestyle is not easy – it takes great effort and it sure helps when we have each other to rely on. I am proud of you for the way you help others to stick to it and gitter done!
