Hi Joyce - I hope everything is going well and that your surgery was a success. By the way, how are you feeling? I know several people who have had your surgery - most people are very successful but still seem to have to follow a set plan. It seems the earlier and the more you incorporate protein drinks etc into your plan - so MF would still be ideal for you.

OH MY! Thank you so much everyone! Surgery went fine. I did have to stay an extra night, but I bounced back VERY quickly. I'm doing very well and feel great! Thank you all for your prayers and well wishes

Joyce I am so glad that your surgery went well. Have you had a lot of weight loss so far? Is everything agreeing with you? Inquiring minds want to know.

Hi everyone!! Long time no see...we'll the band is working really well for me, I am down over 50lbs now and feeling good! I see so many of you are doing SOOOOO WELL!!!! WOW, you all are inspiring!!! It's was great to come back and see so many familiar faces and lower tickers!!! Keep up the good work everyone!!!!
