ok so here is a special collage for you all... top left...me beginning @ 220, top right is around 210, bottom left, around 20 down, and the bottom right is me today 32 lbs down @ 188

Wonderful progress!!!!!!! Keep up the great work!! Not only are your muffin tops shrinking... your whole body is disappearing! You must feel great about your accomplishment! We certainly are!

i did that pic with picasa...its free from google... i also made a weight loss gallery on picasa web albums. . thanks guys! i was saying i was waiting til i get down 20 more lbs but i felt alot different now so i wanted to see because i know from measuring since i was 20 lbs down that i lost quite a few inches. i had no idea it would look sooo different and was so proud so i wanted to share and also give any noobs with doubt a nice reassurance that this can work. i emailed it to one of my best friends i havent seen in a long time and she was so suprised at the difference 
i saw her when i first started.
im supposed to see my brother this week or next and he hasnt seen me, we were talking last night and he was just like " so hows the diet goin?" and i told him how much ive lost and he responded with a "holy crap!" ...hehe he is good for a funny reaction. i cant wait to see someone i havent seen since High school and hopefully get a holy crap reaction as well because im officially smaller than my senior year as well

WOW girl, you look totally awesome!!!!! I can't believe it. I also just realized that we started about the same weight and are just 3 lbs different now. Good for you and me
