Well, I was really hoping that I would be in the 20 lbs club at my one month mark. But, I'm 1 little lbs short. That's ok, I've never lost 19lbs in one month before!
I'm thrilled!!!

WOW 19 lbs INCREDIBLE!
I felt the same way - that at my 1 month I hadn't lost 20 lbs, but I too had lost more than I have ever before!
Just keep at it - you'll get there in NO TIME!
Just think how much better you feel NOW than you did 1 month ago!

Nice job...I think if you asked anyone how happy they would be losing 19lbs. in a month they would be pretty pleased.
