Well, this is the first month and I have lost over 20 pounds. I am so psyched. I am going away for 10 days. I plan on continuing this program while I am away. I hope I can do it.

Congratulations for joining the - 20 lbs. club! That's a great accomplishment. I know you must be feeling the great effects of being 20 + lbs. lighter already. Keep up the great work!

Hey lp...

Good for you!!!! I went away for 10 days and stuck to program - I am on the modified and still lost weight!!! Just keep drinking gallons of water and carry a survival pack with shake pkgs, bottled water and a shaker jar, bars and whatever else you think you need in a small cooler bag - I hear the RTD shakes are easier to carry - either way!

YOU CAN DO It---

WE WILL do this together!!! :stroll:

Help

Postby lparadise » April 18th, 2004, 12:55 pm

Thank you for all the encouragement. Well I made it through 9 days of the 11 day trip. Messed up on Saturday and now 1 week later still off. I hope to go back on tomorrow. I will pray. All encouragement is welcomed and appreciated.

Good heavens, child, you had an extraordinary first month! Don't let your time away from the fast knock you down, though. Life is full of new beginnings. Grab ahold of one and finish the race you started.

We're ALL pulling for you.

Thank you Landylou. I am going to try. I'll write in Monday night to let you know if I stuck with it for the day. I know if I do it 1 day, I will be ok.

don't beat yourself up...everyone is allowed a slip-up or two. The important thing is to get back up, dust yourself off and have another shake!!!

You can do it!! :cleader:

Thanks Tonya. I am back on for two days now. After the first couple of days it should be a piece of cake. I hope.
