Grand total amount to lose was 40 lbs and all I can say is that I was 8 lbs away from hitting that mission goal. I lost a total of 32 lbs in those 3 months. So I have gone from 303 lbs back in Jan 2004 to 208 lbs (total of -95 lbs) to this day and to my one year Medifast anniversary, that's a grand total loss of 77 lbs. Most important fact here is that I no longer can be categorized as being morbidly obesed.....Not bad for 1 year worth of my investment to better health and life.... I shall continue to carry on.....

Wow, what a difference. You should be very proud of yourself; you have worked hard to get where you are. You are truly an inspiration to others who watch your success. Congratulations, and good luck on making it the rest of the way in 2005.
