Hi Everyone. I scrolled through 250 messages this morning (since my last visit) and sadness really hit me that I don't have the time to hang out on the Forum like I did for 9 months. I miss being on first name (or alias) basis with everyone and cheering you on or being cheered on myself. After becoming a HA, my TSFL business exploded; and that happened on top of owning and running another business. I love every bit of what's going on in my life with the exception of no time to be here. So I just wanted to say hi and that I'm so proud of you all and wish each and every one of you much success.

And for those of you who might be dealing with a plateau (or will), I just came off the mother of all plateaus (over 2 months), having lost 5 pounds in two days! I'm off and running again toward my goal. Many blessings to all.

Welcome back, Linda. And congrats on breaking through the plateau. Did you do anything different, or did it just happen on its own?

Please know that you are truly missed around here We all understand though and when you do have time to post I can't wait to read it. You are one of my main inspirations and I love looking at your before and after pics. Now as for a 2 month plateu boy I think I would go bananas
