Missed Roll Call - so.....

I am down 5 pounds this week for a total of 23 pounds!!!! :yes:

I've been sick over the weekend (as has my entire household) but I managed to stick with my supplements. I have to say the chicken noodle with a cup of chicken bouillion added was really good.

Congrats to all the losers this week!

Thanks everyone. :hug: I am still not doing too well but I am in work. :aarggh:

I am trying very hard to stick with the plan. My only 2 issues are getting in all my supplements (not feeling like eating so I am doing 6 instead of the 5 and L&G) and I would kill for a glass of orange juice!!! :guzzle:

But so far I've remained faithful. I've even remembered to get sugar free cough drops and cough syrup.
