Looks intriguing, but I will say, I haven't heard many people on this program complain of the inability to go. Its usually the opposite problem.
With the amount of water you drink on the program, this typically isn't an issue with most.
Thanks for the info though so that folks that do have this issue can take advantage of it.

If it makes you feel any better I have the same problem. I accredit this to the increased protein and less fiber. But who knows! I have not tried miralax due to the fact that I am afraid of a massive explosion at an inconvenient time 
So I stick to peri colace , but anyways, Good Luck !
