Marseilles ~

Whoop de doo! 5 Pounds? Let's boogie!

You've had an incredible week. Very soon you'll be outta the 80's and down to the 70's.

I remember the joy of watching our scales go under the limbo line of 180 - never thought it would be possible. Never gonna see them again, 'cuz I ain't doin' a return visit! :shoot:

Have a super time with your family and friends. :hi5: We'll be thinking of you. xxxooo

Marseilles,

You exemplify the strength and patience needed to succeed! When everyone else is enjoying all the good and decadent foods of the season, you're shaking your way to goal.

My friend told me yesterday she bragged to her in-laws how when we went to lunch with other friends in October when I was still on the weight loss plan, while everyone sat eating their huge plates of pasta dishes, I only ate my MF bar, and raved about how good it was. She thinks this is miraculous willpower. I keep telling her that it's just like Nancy says,
"NOTHING takes as good as thin feels!"

You're getting there! Proud of ya too!
