I have finally DONE IT -20lbs and it only took me 19days of being totally compliant... I"m so stoked and people at work keep throwing the NSV's to me a few say my face really shows a difference and some say my tummy doesn't stick out further than my ~*girls*~ woo hoo I can definitely feel and see a slight difference in my waist I have lost 2 inches but my face still isn't that noticable to me, maybe because I look at it everyday HA HA :mrgreen:

Thanks for all the encouragement and I look forward to the next 20lbs dropping by hoefully the middle of April would be nice

20# in 19 days is awesome!!! I'm not at all close to 20# and I'm ending my 4th week on MF (and being compliant). I sure hope you are smiling big and very proud of what you're accomplishing!

Thanks to everyone on here all the regulars it's so motivating to come on the forums when I'm having a Blah day and lift my spirits up by just reading some of the victory's on here, It also helps me to think to myself that I'm running behind some of you who are close to me in weight loss! I really feel great and know that if I stop now I would be a fool, I'm even turning down tailgating at the country concert on May 5th WOO HOO! I will be the DD I hope to be -40 by the begining of May Hopefully! Thanks again for all the encouraging words and wisdom!

Don't fret because you don't notice the weight loss in your facial area yet, it will happen.

This program is sort of like having your own personal liposuction kit in a packet. As the stored fat burns away, it seems to come off in all the right places.

Betcha you rather it comes off in the the tummy area than your face anyway, eh?
