Thanks guys. I've been struggling to stay on plan for the past few weeks and haven't been doing well (its all in my head).
Some people struggle with a few pounds here and there and are able to handle themselves. I've struggled with being very obese all my life and its a daily thing for me. I know I've done well the past few years, I've lost alot of weight, but I falter at times. Moreso recently than other times.
Anyhow, I'm back on and have done well yesterday and today. I'll report my weight when I feel like I'm back on track for good. (after a week should work).
Until then, I am taking this one day at a time and I can always take encouragement. (Di is great at doing this by the way
). I always endeavour to be the encouragor, but we all need it ourselves to, and I am thankful that I do have people here (and at home
) who are always doing the same for me.
