Well, here I am.... still not losing. :oops: Its my own fault :bricks: , but at least there is a plan now. :whip:

Di and I have pledged to each other to lose our last 50 lbs together :hug: , and to be truthful about it, I'm tired of hanging out and "smelling the roses" as it were. :rose:

Losing 70 lbs on Medifast is a definite accomplishment. :bravo: Losing the 180 lbs that I have lost so far total has been life changing. :yourock: Its time to finish this though. I want to get to that point that I keep talking about when I say.. when I am at goal, or when I have lost the weight I can... :stickwack:

So, here I go... once again.... pledging to myself and to my beautiful wife... lets do this thing. :stroll:

I am good - it just has been crazy busy and I had to put all efforts into home for a spell.
